Terms of service
These terms are a working draft prepared for review by your legal adviser before you trade under them. They describe how the product actually behaves; they are not legal advice.
1. The service
AI Money Recovery provides software that helps a business organise and pursue its own outstanding receivables. We are not a debt collection agency, we do not purchase debt, and we do not provide legal, accounting or tax advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import, for the people you grant access to your company workspace, and for the authority levels you assign to them. You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
3. Test mode and live recovery
New company workspaces operate in test mode. Live recovery becomes available only after pre-flight checks pass and you explicitly confirm activation. The activation timestamp recorded at that moment is the reference point for the 60-day performance period. Signing up, subscribing, importing data, configuring integrations or testing does not start that period.
4. Fees
Subscription fees are stated on your plan. A performance fee, where it applies, is calculated only on qualifying recovery: a payment against an outstanding balance, verified with the payment provider, dated within your activated 60-day period. Refunds, reversals and chargebacks reduce qualifying recovery when they occur.
5. Communications with your customers
You remain the sender of any message issued to your customers through the product, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to those communications. The product drafts and queues outreach; nothing is sent until you have configured sending and approved it.
6. Your data
Your data remains yours. We process it to provide the service, keep an audit record of actions taken in the product, and maintain the integrity of financial records. We do not sell your data.
7. Availability and limits
We do not guarantee any particular recovery outcome. Where an external service the product depends on is unavailable, the product will report the real state rather than assume success.
8. Ending the agreement
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Fees already incurred, including performance fees on recovery already verified, remain payable. You can export your data before your access ends.
