How it works

A deliberate sequence, so nothing important happens by accident

Each stage has to be completed before the next becomes available. This is what keeps financial figures, customer contact and the performance period under your control.

  1. 1. Company setup

You create a company workspace with its own currency and time zone. Every record you create afterwards belongs to that company and cannot be read from another one. New companies always start in test mode.

  2. 2. Customers and invoices

Bring in receivables by spreadsheet import or by adding records directly. Imports run through mapping, validation and a preview you approve before anything is written. Conflicting rows are shown to you rather than overwriting existing data.

  3. 3. Recovery work

Outstanding balances are prioritised from your own records. Outreach is drafted for review and held in a queue — nothing reaches a customer until sending is configured and a person approves it.

  4. 4. Approval controls

Actions with financial consequences — discounts beyond your limit, settlements, payment plans, escalation — are blocked until an authorised person approves them. The approval records who decided, what changed, and why.

  5. 5. Pre-flight checks

Before live recovery, the product checks that the things it depends on actually exist: your data, your settings, your sending configuration and your approval rules. Failed checks are listed with what to do about each one.

  6. 6. Activation and the 60-day period

Only when pre-flight passes can you activate live recovery, and only after you confirm it. That confirmation writes a fixed activation timestamp, which is what the 60-day performance period is measured from. Signing up, subscribing, importing or testing never starts the clock.

  7. 7. Payment, verification and reporting

When a customer pays, the payment is confirmed against the payment provider on the server before it counts. Only verified payments are attributed to recovery and reflected in reporting.
